POSTURAL ANALYSIS AND SPORTS MASSAGE

Postural Analysis

Posture affects more than appearance. It influences how you move, train, recover and perform today.

Postural analysis is used to identify movement restrictions, muscular imbalances, compensation patterns and areas of unnecessary tension that may be contributing to discomfort, reduced performance or recurring injury.

Assessments are practical and individualised, looking at movement quality, joint positioning, mobility, muscular imbalances and habits, training, posture, behaviours under fatigue or under load.

The aim is not "perfect posture". The aim is to improve movement efficiency, reduce unnecessary strain and build a body that feels and moves better in real time.

Recommendations are then woven directly into your training, mobility and recovery work where appropriate.

Sports Massage & Recovery

Sports massage is used as part of a wider recovery and performance approach. It blends muscular tension, improved movement quality and ongoing physical maintenance.
